When will Santa be appropriated into the Homeland Security apparatus? Think about it - he sees you when you're sleeping; he knows when you're awake. Is there a Constitutional provision that would deny Bush access to Santa's infrastructure?
Are people who don't believe in Santa (like Jewish people) immune from Santa's spying ability?

Well, I'm sure neither want to hear my phone conversations. They are mostly about what the girls are doing, my frustrations in finding a Wii (finally found one, by the way!!!!), and changing poopy diapers. I don't think the government cares much about that. And if Santa knew EVERYTHING I did, well, I would for sure get more for Christmas then I do.
All things considered, Santa could spy on every country and no one would be wiser, so it might just work for our plans at world domination... **MA WAHAHAHAHA**

Well hopefully they will catch santa before he tries to blow something up. Year after year giving and giving and giving with little in return. He is bound to snap one day.
I am guessing if we had been attacked again you would have blamed Bush for not doing enough to protect us. Some of you people just want it both ways. You dont want gvt messing around in any parts of your "personal" life, but then complain when anything bad happens in it.
The telephone company knows everyone you talk to on the phone. The cable company knows everything you are watching. It is said you are on a video camera around 80 percent of the time you are walking around in public. Your credit card and banks know everything you purchase.
Do you really think you have a private life???? If the random listening to phone conversation to try to find key words and phrases known terrorists groups use catch or stop even one terrorists, then its worth it. What exactly are you hiding?

Please, Santa has diplomatic immunities. How else would he be able to pass over the borders of all the countries of the world without being shot down.

By "us" do you mean those who were communicating with suspected terrorists? Because those are the only people who were being spied on. You guys seem to forget that part.
