how about writing about how he makes you feel? what it is that makes you love him so? does he make you laugh? does he make you feel good? that kind of thing, look at him for a while and it will all come to you....good luck

Maybe you should stick with the traditional vows, with a little discreet editing of silly or offensive stuff like the "give away" and "obey" parts. We already hear enough overly personal stuff on TV and had plenty of bad unrhyming poetry back in HS. People come to a wedding expecting a ceremony; ceremony means ritual, the opposite of new and original. Say the usual and save the personal stuff for in private.

Tell that person about how you truly feel no one on here can really help u only u know how that other person makes you feel but i can give you some advice try to dig deep down into your soul and pull out your deepest feeling about your partner and use it in your vows!

I understand...what you need to do is take some time, just get away for a little while to a park or something, and think of why he means so much to you. It doesn't have to be "deep" stuff, maybe it's just that his smile makes you joyful, or you like how he treats your folks, or you love that he loves hiking with you. The idea is to give him 3 or 4 specific things that make your life better now that he's in it. Relax and have fun!

Pick up the "Everything Wedding Vows" book. It has good ideas on how to help you write your vows.

Tell him how much you love him, and how he makes you feel. Just don't go on forever about nothing as it's really boring to the crowd, Lol. Keep it simple, but be yourself.

Sometimes its best not to say anything....Keep them simple dont be to dramatic or sloppy words are just words so try and tell him all he means to you in a few.....
