If he's a good enough hacker and can read the stream when you post and can track down your IP and hack your service provider's records to see exactly who you are, it is within the realm of possibility. But if he was that good he would have already hacked into the Bank of London, made off with a few million quid, been recruited by al Qieda, and blown himself up already.
