I have been dating this guy for about a month now,I met him a year ago and had kept my distance for he was going through his divorce and i did not want to be in the middle of things.Thnigs seem to be going well, we have fun together and enjoy the cuddling aspect but how can I be sure what we have is not just a 'fling'?

I would not be rushing to getting involved with a recenly divorced person. He may just be rebounding and needs you on a temporary basis. I would date for a year or two before deciding wherther this guy is a keeper. This is cheaper than bigger heartaches and divorce.
