Well, about 2 days ago, i started feeling a little sore (only very little) in..well..my sphincter. So, naturally, I put Vaseline cream sort of around it (Sorry I need to go into detail...but well...I do!) and I felt sort of a tiny sore. It didn't hurt bad...like it still doesn't hurt alot. It's just a little sore. It does feel a tad uncomfortable, and a little sore. But what the hell is it?!?! Is it bad? Could it just be due to irritation? I'm only 17, I doubt it's some kind of disease that people 70+ get. Just...what is it, how do I make it go away?!?!
Remember. It's only ONE sore.

It sounds as though you have a hemorrhoid, which is not as uncommon in teen years as you might think.
If it is, then you need to drink more liquid, eat more leafy green veggies and the like. Those nasty buggers are especially irritated when you have to strain when you go.
Mention your problem to your doctor and he/she will check down there and give you further advice.
Been there, have them, and they're not cancer!

That sounds like a hemorrhoid they are very normal sometimes caused by constipation there are over the counter medicines for them, it is also very commen in pregnant women so it not abnormal at all a little cream should do the trick. good luck

It could be hemorrhoids. It could also be a pulled muscle. If there's an actual sore and you have had sexual contact in that area, it could be an STD. If it continues to bother you you should go to the doctor and have it looked at.

You might have a hemorrhoid or the beginning of one....
Maybe you wiped too hard in one particular spot?
Could it maybe be an ingrown hair?
Maybe sitting in a warm bath could help...if you don't get any relief say, like in a few days...then I would get it checked out.

If you're worried about it, and you are at least a little, get it checked out. It could be nothing, but why take the chance.
