If this is the only symptom, the most common cause is hypoglycemia - which is where blood glucose levels drop too low. People can have this because of genetics, but more commonly, it is caused by improper diet. People that skip meals, have diets with insufficient calories, or eat sugary snacks often have low blood sugar.

I think it can be a number of things. I can be stress that you deal with on a daily basis. I can be loss of appetite as well. If you dont eat well, you might feel like this at times. though I think its more of a mental thing then a physical thing. Make sure you get some rest time, or alone time for yourself to reflect on the things that are bothering you. I hope you feel better.

Low iron levels in your blood can cause this. Also low blood pressure could be the culprit. Get them checked.
