I just bought my syrian hamster and it seems to be very small anyway I brought it home and it was really shaky it couldnt walk straight without shaking a lot, this morning I found it really cold and it was still breathing but it was frozen....Im keeping it warm, and since this stupid country has no good vets. They only told me to wrap it up in warm cloth, Im doing that but what else could it be? and in other words is it going to die??

I would make sure that the cage has plenty of hay and cloth so that it can keep itself warm. Try to keep the temperature of the room that the hamster is in around 75 degrees F. There are plenty of vets around the country, you can call them and see what they suggest first (if you're not in the USA, where are you since you said there aren't any good vets there)?

Make sure that the temperature of the room he's housed is at a temperature of at least 70 degree, warmer is better. Add more bedding for him to burrow in. Add some tissue for him to use as a nesting material. (Make sure its unscented, and has no lotion) I'm not sure what you meant by him being frozen. Chances are he might be in hibernation, which they often go into if they get to cold. To safely wake him from hibernation place him near something warm, such as a radiator, and allow him to wake up on his own.

I agree, why is it so cold? Can you fix that problem somehow? The hamster needs to be warm just like you do. They need a temperature that you would be comfortable in to survive. 67-75 degrees area.

He sounds like a young guy. Keep him warm with a towel. You can gently rub him in the towel too, to help keep him warm. Feed him some bread soaked in milk, some baby food, or plain oatmeal to keep him eating. I had to hand feed one of mine. You'll need to keep his nutrients up. Make sure he has fresh water available to him and a warm safe place to sleep.
