Honey nut cheerios with low fat milk. Very good for you and very satisfying. It also helps lower your cholesterol if you eat a bowl of this cereal a day. I love it, it is a stapel in my house hold.

Vegetables...I love veggies. Peas, broccoli, cauliflower, beans, lettuce, tomato's, etc. I love them all, and, they are so good for me.
