I made a nice roast in the crock-pot Tuesday and my family barely ate any of it. Can I freeze the left overs for another meal? It just has meat, taters, carrots in it with some cream of mushroom soup..And if so how long can I freeze it up too?

As long as you put it in the freezer as soon as you are done eating and it has a few minutes to cool down so you don't burn your fingers yes you can. Make sure it is in a tight silled container or freezer bag. It makes for a fast meal when you are on the go. Mark the roast and put the date on it so you know when you put it in the freezer. I wouldn't let it set in there no more than a couple of weeks. If you put it in a bag make sure the air is out of it when you sill it. You would be surprised what i have put in my freezer to have at another day and at the same time your not wasting any food.

Yes you can. Put it in a tupperware container and throw it in the fridge. You could probably freeze it for up until a month. Bon Appetite and a Merry Christmas.

Walking OS is correct - you can absolutely freeze it. Make sure you double bag it - put the ziplock bag in another ziplock bag - to keep it from getting freezer burn.

Or, you could just feed it to me. Sounds tasty.
