Most professional labs offer an internet portal to upload digital images. Pick one in your geographic area so you can establish a good, personal, working relationship. Too many people feel price is the primary issue; it isn't, but a great one-on-one working relationship is.

I agree with Gryphon1911, go with Mpix. It's a very reputable sight, and they basically do anything. 3x5 to poster size. Mugs, and all that other stuff. The last time I checked, shipping is $5.00, so it's best to try to get all your prints in one shipment.
