No because I was one once and I remember how crap it was to have idiots swerving about behind you.

No but I do hate silly selfish people who hassle learner and inexperienced drivers. Being in a hurry for an appointment or to get home is not an excuse. I passed my test many years ago and sometimes I feel a check would be of use. Then I see an idiot in a 4 X 4 or a BMW and I feel I have nothing to worry about

If they are taking lessons from an instructor, then no. Simply because, if they start coming towards my car to crash, the instructor has their own brake pedal to push. But regular kids who are driving with their parent, YES. Their parents stress them out so much, that it just makes things worse. In my opinion, kids get their licenses way too easy. I live right down the road from a high school, so I've had plenty of close calls with those little idiots. A car packed full, talking on their cell phones, and their seats leaning all the way back; they don't even pay attention to on coming traffic & just pull right out. But that's the kind of stuff they learn from their parents.

I myself am currently a learner driver and so i cant self-hate.
but there should be restrictions on learner driving more then just the not on motorways.
there should be a minimum speed limit to make sure learners dont drive in rush hours and slow everyone up

Usually no. But a few weeks ago I got behind one who was driving 5 mph UNDER the posted speed limit. We came to a stop light. The light turned green and they were still sitting there, not moving, because the INSTRUCTOR was talking to/distracting the driver and she didn't notice the light had changed. I honked the horn and I think I scared them all half to death!!! I was on my lunch break, didn't have any time to waste! I try not to get angry about them though. After all, we were all in their shoes once.

Erm! no! You just have to be patient! We all have to start sometime! The last thing a learner driver needs is someone
hassling them at lights/junctions etc!

No I don't hate any body is a "learner", they just start to learn how to do some thing so please give them a chance, BUT as long as they don't crash or hit me on the road, thats all I asking.

I find it is only intolerant drivers who hate learner drivers. They are usually the drivers who hate any other driver that respect the law when driving.

I don't. I was once there, as were we all. But unfortunately for you and civilization all together for that matter, many have forgotten, think that the road is theirs and you are lucky enough to be allowed on it as well and will treat you like crap. People are dumb mean creatures and the fact that such stupid creatures are allowed behind the controls of a moving vehicle is pretty scary.
