I'd have to say the best 10 years of a woman's life start at 40!
I am 46 and every year just gets better and better. A woman has more confidence, doesn't have the little kids to drive her crazy, and finally learns that it's just easier to be happy!

Ok so taking it as your typographical mistake, I assume that you mean 30 to 40.
And yes these ten years are very important in a woman's life, changing her mentally and physically, making her a mature complete woman, but you cannot call them the best one for everyone.
The best years can come earlier or later as the case maybe. At least that is what my observation is about woman, although I am still not married

i think vincent meant 39 OR 40, get a life you lot, and yes from 39 or 40 seems to be the best 10 years in a womans life, it was for me.

Ummm, that's only a one year difference........
If you're talking about sexual peak, I believe it varies from one woman to another.
It can either start from late 20's to mid 30's.
And for some it's the late 30's to mid 40's.
