I get a spinach & cheese ravioli and I boil water with garlic and salt, after the water comes to a boil I place ravioli in the pot , and let it simmer until it comes to a rolling boil. I put olive oil and parm w/seasoning in a bowl and then add the ravioli, and toss.

Its not true.. do NOT cook them longer. The reason they are watery is because the pasta has absorbed as much water as it can and will not absorb any more. Give this a try- it has always worked for me. Boil the ravioli in water, and when its almost done like on the verge, Drain the water from the pot with the lid holding back the ravs, make sure most of the water is gone. Then tip back, drizzle a little olive oil, stir them around and place the lid on properly and cover it with a tea towel or cloth, for 5 minutes. They will be perfect!

I usually boil it and dredge it in a milk and egg mixture and then put it in some breadcrumbs to make fried ravioli. Just bake in the oven until its crispy or fry it in a deep fryer.

Just boil it till it rises to the top of the water. I think that a traditional sauce would work best (I like Spicy Red Pepper from Classico).

Honestly, I just toss mine with basil pesto 98% of the time. Then I add a cheese blend of Parmesan, asiago, and Romano, and fresh ground pepper. I could eat that every night of the week.
