some people over analyze dreams because they want to find some deeper meaning to it and alot of people like to believe that every dream has to mean something or symbolize something to do with their real life with isnt always the case sometimes dream are just dreams with no extra or hidden meaning ; thats why I avoid giving answers to dreams that I dont see some possible meaning to or symbolization of a real life situation because people get mad when they're told it means nothing because they either want it to or think it does.

Dreams are a way for your sub-conscience mind to release pent up feelings, emotions, and worries into a movie-like interpretation of your life. Dreams allow all the chaos from daily life to come down from the stormy jumble of thoughts. When you dream, you are sleeping, so you are completely relaxed. Your mind is relaxed as well, so instead of your mind travelling at 100 miles an hour, it slows down to about 20, so you are able to reflect.

What occurs in a dream has to come from somewhere. Dreams are your subconscious mind working overtime when your conscious mind is asleep. Things just pop up in dreams sometimes that you are worried about in real life and you can't help but think about the significance. People go to far when it is about a sensitive issue, or when the believe in the pseudoscience that one thing in a dream means something completely different in real life.

Some people think dreams have nothing to offer but a bunch of entertaining nonsense, and sometimes they are, while others find them to be a useful tool of guidance and help in their lives, if they can find meaning in them. *shrug* to each his own, if someone can find a meaning in a dream that helps them make a decision, or face an issue that they have been avoiding, then why not?

I think everyone is interested in what's going on with their brain. Most of us don't understand how our minds truly work when we are awake. When we dream we are in even less control so many are seeking some understanding to themselves and their brains.
