This is a really old movie but I love to watch "Holiday Inn" with Bing Crosby and Fred Astaire. It was the movie that Bing Crosby actually wrote the song "White Christmas" for. Of course then I always have to watch National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation as well.

A Christmas Carol, the version with Alastair Sim as Scrooge. Wonderful, and a classic.

"The Nightmare before Christmas". Good lessons about friendship, freedom, knowing your limitations, and the boredom of living in an unchanging scene.
