Like, really, REALLY wasted? It's just that, I'm not an alcoholic or anything (I've probably had the equivalent of a wine cooler's alcohol content in the past year), but every Christian that I've ever been drunk with was really fun, and I'd like to think that some Christians here are as cool as they were.
So, peer pressure time: Are you "cool?" Do yous gets wasted?

I don't smoke, don't drink, don't chase women. My husband wouldn't like it. :)
I get high on Life.
And sometimes Corn Flakes.

I used to on many occasions. My "thing" was tequila shots with beer chasers. But I don't that any more. The term "wasted" has deeper meaning than just being over the edge drunk......it also means time wasted recovering. It ain't worth it. Besides, if something is fun enough to do, it should be remembered. I really hated having to hear what a good time I had as stories from friends.
I do still drink alcoholic beverages from time to time. I prefer Shiner Bock, and a number of different German beers. But I stay away from tequila shots because Jose tried to kill me.

Not anymore. Before I came to Christ I was alcoholic. After coming to Christ I got drunk once or twice, and just did not enjoy it anymore. Now I do not drink unless it would deeply offend another not to. I have some relatives who seem hurt if I refuse, so I just accept a glass of wine and take a few sips. I hold it and don't actually drink from it much. Then when they offer more I can say, "I'm not done with this one yet."

Being drunk just doesn't appeal to me now, but that has nothing to do with my religion. I did enough drinking in college to last several lifetimes, so alcohol has lost most of its appeal.
The last time I was ripping drunk was about a year before I became a Christian. Given the right circumstances, I'd drink in semi-moderation again. I've been told I'm quite fun when I'm drunk, actually.

Anytime I have ever seen anyone wasted they were the farthest thing from "cool"! I know many Christians that do not drink at all and some who will have a drink here and their. Their is nothing wrong with having a drink as long as you do not get drunk. :)

After i got saved and was filled with the Holy Spirit i have not got wasted at all. I have not drank or done any drugs, and before i was off the hook . I do not go to A.A i just love God so much he has changed me and the bible says "Don't drink to get drunk" so i am better of not drinking at all. I wish that people could or even would understand the power of God. Be blessed

I believe in God and worship God. I occassionally go to church and I pray everyday at least a few times. I have been drunk. I go to the occassional Christmas party or Fourth of July picnic. I don't get tanked everyday, but I do cut loose sometimes. I don't go out and do stupid things like have sex with people and drive and stuff. I just have a good time.

I've known a lot of Christians who get totally bombed on a regular basis. Most of them are fun drunks, as long as you're drunk too. I'm an atheist, and I'm a pretty boring drunk. I get passive and sleepy.

Its ok to drink 4-5 glass of wine per week but intake of alcohol is injurious to health

I do not partake of alcoholic beverages, smoke, or use any drugs that are not prescribed by my physician. I do not go to a party where I know that people are drinking or using illicit drugs because I do not believe that is what our FATHER would want me to do. HE should be First in Importance throughout our lives. Have a wonderful Holiday. Be SAFE, NOT sorry...

I drink , wasted no. I have six children and they keep me on my toes. I was a bad girl and not always a good christian in the past.
