Keep in mind that different vegetable cook at different time, e.g. asparagus will cooked/steamed to crisp tender in about 5 minutes and winter squash would probably take more like 30 minutes. So start steaming the potatoes in your steamer, then add the vegetable about 10 minutes later and the fish 5-10 minutes after the vegetables. It may take some trial and error for everything to come out perfectly, but I am sure it will work out.

Depends on there size/thickness...

cook and after about 15min use a sharp knife to slice into the biggest one and look in the middle of the fillet , make sure its not pink and that its white all the way thro.... then its cooked

probably about 45 mins but you can check it earlier and see if its not red inside.
