my coworkers are older than me and have been working there longer.. so of course they feel supirior but, when i see them do something, i think it's okay to do the same, and then i do and then they yell at me, and they keep doing that thing they yelled at me for...or they take an exta long break when im on the floor, they make me stay longer that im supposed to, even when im already clocked out and not getting paid for the time im working...what should i do? (ps. this job pays good money!!!)

You are not supposed to take longer break then allowed. Just because someone else does it, doesn't mean you can, too.

If you are off the clock, tell him/her, you are already clocked out, and walk out.

This is a tough situation. Your coworkers are bullies, unprofessional, and really should be fired for their behavior. They are creating a hostile work environment. If I was the manager, I would be speaking with these folks in my office pronto. I wouldn't necessarily fire them but I would let them know that they aren't getting away with anything and if it doesn't stop then I will fire them. But in your position, I could see how you might be wary of going to your manager and feeling like a tattle tale. However, if you plan out what you want to say beforehand (document) and look at the bottom line impact to the company, you will be more of a helper and the manager will appreciate this. Get into the mindset of a manager. That's how I would deal with this.

Mind your own business and continue doing a good job. If someone else does something wrong it doesn't make it okay for you. Don't let the bad habits of others become your own.
