You have my deepest sympathy. I just hope that the oil corps. will feel the same way which I doubt very much. They will probably be celebrating X'mas with champagne while you are filling your glass with tears. As a sign of respect for your husband I hereby vow I will not celebrate this X'mas Eve. Lady. whoever you are and where-ever you are, if you need someone to talk (email) to you can count on me.

I am terribly sorry for your lose. Being so close to the holidays must not be so easy. I can't even image what you are going through.

But be proud there is no greater honor in this life than to serve and die for your country. Your husband is a true American Hero and for that I salute you for being an hero. No one realizes, but any time a man or woman is at war, their spouse and loved ones are placed on the front line here. You receive so much grief for what they do, and how they shouldn't be doing their job. Every true soldier that is not in it for the "CASH" knows why we are at war and ready to stand and defend anyone and everyone's human rights to be free. I thank you for your husbands heroic service and for your heroism, for standing strong beside him. Thank You! Merry Christmas!

Ma'am,
You have my deepest sympathies for your loss. I have had friends KIA and there are days that it overwhelms me. I will have my unit say a prayer for you and your family, that you will be able to deal with the Holidays during this difficult time.

Dont be sorry, or sad, rejoice that this GREAT MAN died in what he believed, and celebrate his life, instead of mourning his death, I am a 4 time iraq and afgahn vet, dont let idiots use this forum to make stupid political statements, they should be the ones in harms way if they have soo much to say...you ma'am did all of us a great service by supporting him, and providing the strength neccessary to combat the ugly terror we face. God Bless you during the Holidays

I honestly just about cried right then, that doesn't happen much.
I know nothing that I say will make you feel better, I respect him for all that he ever did. He was a real man, and he helped the world, like that other person said there is a special place in Heaven just for him. Wow... it just started raining.
