Yep. And in tea, hot chocolate, on my cereal..in fact I don't know why I bother buying milk at all. Oh yeah, that's right, cos I'm poor. Ah well, one day...

Baileys Irish ice cream is out of this world. I made it when I went on a cooking course in France believe it or not! Serves; 4 Ingredients: 2 cup Double cream 1 cup Full fat milk 1 cup Caster sugar 1/2 cup Baileys pinch of salt Instructions: Whisk all of this stuff together until all the sugar has been dissolved. Then freeze as you would normally freeze ice cream either in an ice cream maker or in a tub in the freezer whisking every half hour or so. Because of the alcohol content of this ice cream it will usually take around 12 hours to become hard. It does freeze hard so taking it out the freezer 10 minutes before serving is advised. It does melt quickly so you have to eat it fast. Don't put any more Baileys into the mix. 1/2 a cup may not seem much but the flavour comes through very strongly. I prefer this with a little Baileys poured over it. Make it and enjoy it!

Yes its the only way you can have a drink at the work place and no one will ever suspect. It's liquid coffee mate.

It's delicious. I don't make a habit of it, but considering I don't drink much - it offers a nice way to kick back when I'm in the mood. Try it - you'll be sold.

Occasionally--it's sweet and milky, making it a great additive for coffee.
