i have warhawk for ps3,they did an update that didnt work so they did a new one the day after?

i now cannot advance in rank and am now only a airman first class but i should be sergant major as i have 18714 points airman first class you only need 500 points i have been i touch with playstation help but they were a waste of time.any advise please.

you need to go to comunity, ranks , click on the next rank and see what other than points you need.

if you go to the ranks it says you need certain awards as well as points to rank up
id check again see what to do and then attempt to get the award to rank up
