Everyone above is correct. Just move the decimal over for the simple math and use .799 for the exact answer or .80 cents.
Double this to get 20%, triple for 30%.. math is fun! This is how i quickly calculate a tip... resturant bill $78.76... move decimal... $7.876 double it for 20% and then add or take away a little for good or poor service. This time the girl was on it so I gave her $15.76 plus $4 and change to round it up to a $20 tip. Easy peasy.
