I was in the Army for 4 years as an Air Traffic Controller. I got out on an honorable discharge, no type of bars for re-enlistment. And I got out as an E-4. I ETS'd in June 2005. I've recently started school and have 48 chrs completed. My question is: What as far as college would I need to enlist as a Warrant Officer? Also, can someone briefly describe the process of reenlisting in my situation as a WOC? Is it complicated?

If I went OCS, would I need an AA, or BS?

It depends on what kind of position you want as a WO. Right now the only thing open to Non Prior Service to enlist as a Warrant is to be a pilot. It gets complicated with you being prior sevice though. Go to this website and look over the WO program. http://www.usarec.army.mil/hq/warrant/
That should help you out.

Sounds like you have enough college credits to enter the Warrant Officer training program. However there are restrictions on which MOS you may qualify for. It also depends on the needs of the Army as well. If you are trying to go into aviation then hopefully your course studies were loaded with math and science or you out right studied aviation. Regardless, you should log onto the army website and read up on the WOSTP. Then go speak to a recruiter. That way you'll have a better idea of what is available to you before you two sit down to talk. That way they can't snowball you. Good Luck!

OCS is a 4 year degree. as for going Warrant, you would have to re enlist and then work your way up UNLESS you could get accepted into the Army Helo Program for Warrants.

You should talk to a recruiter, not Yahoo A, but the Warrant Officer programs are very difficult to get into as I remember. OCS would require at least a bachelors degree.

Finish your degree. Then get into OCS.

I have yet to meet a Warrant that wasn't strange in the head.
