im making black pepper parmesan french fries and i want to make a flavored mayo dipping sauce with it (nyc pomme frites style). what flavor would go good and anyone have any recipes as well? Thanks!!

It may sound very simple, but mixing mayo, ketchup and a little red pepper would be awesome on those fries. Those sound really yummy, I think I will make some tonight. Thanks for the dinner idea.
You could also mix mayo and italian dressing together. That's what I eat on my sandwiches, it is really great! Enjoy!

I'd go with plain mayo, because you do not want to over power the flavors on the fries.

Mayo and KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce (yellow bottle), or mayo and ketchup. Mix to your liking

Ooo, this sounds nice. How about home-made peppercorn-parmesan dressing? Or if that's overkill, maybe a garlic aoili or tzatziki?
