Allergies or asthma?
Every morning I wake up with a stuffey nose and a headace.
I always have to take aspirein. I worry about my stomach lining. What could be causing these headaches?

if the headache is like behind your eyes it could be sinus try to take a decongestant before you go to bed and see if that works if not behind your eyes it could be for snoring if you snore either way you should see your doc.

Yes it could be sinus pain related to dust mite allergy. If you drink more than 5 cups of coffee a day it might be a coffee withdrawal headache. It might even be an aspirin (or some other analgesics) 'rebound' headache if you take regular doses during the day.

Bruxism is also a big cause of headaches in the morning. Bruxism is teeth grinding.
Another problem could be your central heating. This can cause irritation in the sinus, as well as dehydration, which can lead to headaches.
Also, please don't take aspirin daily, that would be very hard on your tummy, and could cause all kinds of problems. If in doubt, it is always best to check with your doctor. Good luck x

Caused by excessive consumption of Scotch, if you are between 20 and 30 years old.
Maybe take one dissolved aspirin before bed, and keep your window slightly open?
Ask your doctor if all else fails.
