I guess I want to know if the people that are in your life now are the same people that were in your previous life & will be in your next one as well. They may hold different places in your life, now they maybe your co-worker in your next life your brother, etc. I want to know if in my next life mayb my soul mate & I can finally get it right, no obstacles.

And just because some of you may not believe in reincarnation doesn't mean it's not true. How do you know there is a heaven & a hell? Do you have proof that exists? Since there is no physical proof that when we pass we aren't reincarnated or sent to heaven or hell, it's all based on beliefs. You can't fault one for their beliefs. Do you really think the aholes who caused 9/11 had 13 virgins waiting for them wherever they went? I don't believe so, but they believed it. So, unless someone out there has actuall proof that there's heaven or hell or reincarnation or just some big black hole we all go to, do not mock my beliefs

All relationships are karmic, therefore mostly yes ... the same people recycle through your life ... until your karma with that person has been resolved.

Well, that's an interesting philosophical question all based on whether or not you have a soul. The feasibility of performing an experiment would be incredibly impractical, and its very unlikely. There is no evidence for there being a soul and I so I don't believe in reincarnation. Its not unlikely though that there will be people with similar personalities to you and they will make friends with similar personalities to your friends etc, but it is highly unlikely if not impossible that they will be the same.

As regards to your other statement, I cannot know for certain if there is heaven or hell. Just as I can't know that there is a tea pot in orbit around the earth. Does that mean that I should believe it? No, it means its a silly question as it has no tangible answer. Just because you can't disprove something is a very weak reason to believe it. Base your beliefs and knowledge on what can be backed up by tangible evidence and solid arguments.

Reincarnation is just a "convenient" idea, much the same as Islam is a convenient other idea when it comes to religious beliefs. Back in the old days, there were so many people who did not like the idea of the "Ten Commandments" and they jumped on a "convenient other wagon that passed by". They can "flower it up" if they want to . .. After all, they invented it. It has nothing to do with God . . . It has a lot to do with convenience, and especially not finding the part about "Shalt not commit adultery" to be very appealing. So, the more virgins at the end, the better they will feel today. The truth is, they are so disgusted with themselves, as they are born so dumb; plus, they have parents and grand-parents that suck. Well, it's their religion and IF we don't do something soon, our "shytty Liberal Government" is going to make it ours.

Well, wouldn't it be nice if we new what happened when we reincarnated? :)

It's also based on beliefs, just like Heaven and Hell, so no one really knows. I believe that one is reincarnated to learn more lessons, and once all life lessons have been learned, for that particular individual, they go on to the Summerlands. (Aka: "Heaven")

I also like to believe that the same "souls" go together through life. Like, my kids' souls with have a place in my next life, and so on. You may meet new souls, because they'll offer you new lessons for that life.

Anyhow, that's how I see it...

Happy Holidays!

As one who is an Evangelical Christian, I don't believe in the reincarnation process. Hebrews 9:27 says, "For it is appointed for man to die ONCE and then comes the judgment". Once we leave this life, it is either heaven or hell, depending upon the decision we made about the person of Jesus Christ, and the shedding of his blood on the cross for the atonement of our sin which has separated us from a Holy God.

If you can find a book about Edgar Cayce, "There is a River", you may find it interesting reading.
It's very old and may be hard to locate. He died in the '40s.
He had stated in his readings that it's often true, but, sometimes a stranger comes into our life and usually leaves the family at a young age.

Read Ecclesiastes: 1:9.
I never hear much about those verses. It has to do with "recycling".

Sorry, I do not believe in reincarnation. No one can prove that that happens. I find it hard to believe in reincarnation. One person beliving does not prove anything. The whole idea has snowballed and people are so wanting to believe it.

I think some people re connected karmicly, but that you might not always connect on each reincarnation. Perhaps we are ALL connected and don't realize it!

It can happen that you meet the same people over and over again but you won't be related most likely but sometimes you won't meet the same people again if something goes wrong. This is because time always repeats itself.
