I am a novice, so bear with me.
In all that I have read so far North is the direction of the Earth Element. So facing North might be something you would do. After that, you are basicly going to say a prayer to that Element, inviting its energy to reside in the sacred space created and to give of it's energy and wisdom to this new daughter of Earth and Sky as she dedicates herself and walks along on her chosen path.
If you look hard enough you will find a prefab prayer or calling but I think it would have more meaning and possibly more power for you and your friend if you come up with your own words to call the Earth Element.
I wish you paitents and comfort, I am sure you will do fine.
Bright Blessings be yours.

Poetic meter is nice but not really needed. I have found that when calling upon an element to 'ask' for it's presence instead of 'commanding' it out of respect. With regards to the Earth element, just keep in mind the different aspects of Earth, i.e.; Mother, protection, strength, prosperity, etc... and also try to keep in mind where the 'spirit' of Earth resides most, i.e.: forest, mountain, fields, caves, etc.. And also keep in mind what cardinal direction you are dealing with (most commonly for Earth it is North).
And remember to have fun.
Have a great time & Blessed Be )O(
edit: Additionally I would like to add that when you release an element, I have found it infinately less stressful if you add to the charge, "Return from whence you came, harming none along the way."

What baronvonstrudel said.
I hope you don't call any dread lords, watchtowers, elementals, etc, without knowing EXACTLY what they are, but I can't recommend a good single source for Circle casting at this time.
There is a really good book coming out next year that I've read the first 4 chapters of, and I wish I could forward it to you, but that'd be illegal.lol.

As in the calling of the quarters? I don't have specific phrases I use, I'm more of a "say it with your mind" person- however googling "ritual calling of the quarters" might help, though you seem to be getting some good responses from people here.
In general, I would suggest you get familiar with the workings of the standard Wiccan ritual- the altar, the casting of the circle with the quarters, the banishing of the circle, etc.

I've written tons of these.. it's actually easy.. and I understand your sense of panic, but you'll do great. Start off by making a list of all of the things that the element earth represents for you.. from there, you'll create a wonderful call to the element. Trust yourself on this one. Blessed dedication to your friend!

Do you do quarter calls in your own ceremonies? If you do I'm sure that the quarter call you use for the North (earth) will do just fine. If you've never done this quarter call before, here is the one I use: "Hail guardians of the North, all spirits of the element of Earth. I beseech you to stir and come forth to watch over and pay heed to the ceremony that we, your Wiccan sons and daughters perform this (night/day). We thank you for your presence, wisdom, and strength as we practice the ancient craft of the wise." When it is time to release the circle you will probably be expected to release that quarter also. My quarter release is as follows: "Hail guardians of the North, all spirits of the element of Earth. We, your wiccan sons and daughters now release you to return from whence you came. We thank you for the protection, guidance, and power you have added to our efforts this (night/day). Stay if you will, depart if you must. Harm none in your passing and my you always, Blessed Be." Hope this helps.

Get a piece of paper and pencil and brainstorm everything earthy. Dirt, soil, green plants, mud, sand, moss, calm, steadying, buried, Holy ground, Firm, etc.... After you brainstorm everything the element of earth is for you, write down an invokation using your ideas. You're "calling a watchtower" I assume so say something like, "I draw into this circle the power of our mother, Gaia, the earth, fertile black soil, and green moss, firm and steadying, the resting place of our ancestors and birth place of all our future generations... " etc... Make it your own though.

To summon the Earth element, say:
Hear me O Mighty One, Ruler of Forest and Field,
Guardian of the Northern Portal, Watchtower of the North.
I do summon thee forth, to be as witness and shield
at this gateway between the worlds. So Mote It Be.
To dismiss it, say:
Hear me O Mighty One, Ruler of Forest and Field,
Guardian of the Northern Portal, Watchtower of the North. I thank thee for your blessings and protection.
Depart unto your earthly realm. I bid thee, Hail and Farewell.

The traditional Wiccan way of calling the elements, which is published in many books on Wicca is as follows:
Ye Lords of the Watchtowers of the East, ye Lords of Air; I do summon call and stir you up, to witness our rites and to guard the Circle
Ye Lords of the Watchtowers of the South, ye Lords of Fire; I do summon call and stir you up, to witness our rites and to guard the Circle
Ye Lords of the Watchtowers of the West, ye Lords of Water; I do summon call and stir you up, to witness our rites and to guard the Circle
Ye Lords of the Watchtowers of the North, ye Lords of Earth; I do summon call and stir you up, to witness our rites and to guard the Circle

Hey, Jadore7, people are entitled to their own beliefs, just because you dont follow the wicca faith, doesnt give you any right to be offensive.
But as regards to the question, check out witchvox.com, signup and post the question, you may get a good amount of feedback
