A dogs normal temperature runs betwee 100.5 to 102.5, so it's not a really high temp at 103.1. It is higher then it should be and if she's not active, drinking or eating then you should definately bring her to the vet and get her checked.

YOU NEED TO TAKE THE DOG TO THE VET NOW. Would you ever let your temperature get to 103.1, don't say its not the same because it is. Especially if its been non-active. Your dog's life is on your hands, it can't take its self, 103.1 is ridiculous! 100 is usually normal for dogs.

My vet told me that dogs normal temperature is 102, so I do not think she is running a high fever, but I would take her to the vet to see what is wrong with her.

if money is a problem you must contact your local human society because she may have parvro it is contagious to other animal and very deadly so even though you don't want to lose her you must think of her quality of life because if you go on like this without vet care she will probally die anyway and then you have to feel responsible
