Wow, you're a bit early this year (Solstice is tomorrow) but you know what? I'm eager, too! So, Happy Winter Solstice! (Or Merry Yule, whichever you prefer;))

As for celebrating, my husband and I will be having a nice little party for two around the Yule tree. And watching the cats climb the Yule tree. Bat the ornaments around. This year, we made ornaments out of fuzzy mice:)

And a happy Yule to you. Will do something simple tomorrow night or Sunday night to welcome the return of the sun. I look at the Solstice as mid winter...we're on the down hill side now.

I always look forward to more light again! The long dark days are depressing.

I "celebrate" by noticing and enjoying. A "global orgasm" sounds like a good idea... hadn't heard of that before, but "make love, not war" baby!

We'll be celebrating tomorrow evening with the Yule Log burning, and feasting afterwards.

Well technically the Winter Solstice isn't until 06:08 GMT on Saturday, which will make it 1:06am Saturday for me but thanks, you have a happy Solstice as well.

I will be having an early morning ritual with my wife and daughters to welcome back the Sun and then make breakfast with them.

Blessed Be )O(
