Can anyone help me? I was stretching (just woke up) sitting on my bed, and I heard this grinding sound in my neck and back, and now I can't move my neck at all! I've tried to move it around a bit but it hurts really bad. Does anyone know what I could do?

Take some Ibuprofen or Motrin, they're muscle relaxers and will help with the stiffness. If you've got the time to do so, take a nap with a heat pad on it. If you have the money to do so, go to the chiropractor.

Get a bottle of watter(small 16-20oz.).... Lay on your back on the bed. NO PILLOW. Use the bottle of watter under your neck like a neck pillow. The watter will cool your neck muscles and the size of the bottle is perfect for the curvature of the neck.
It works wonders.
Good luck.

well, I would put an ice pack around your neck and get to a doctor. It is likely your ligaments have spasmed and you may need an injection to get them to loosen up.

Go to the doctor. It could be a slipped disk.
