not depression, I'm not sad or weepy or anxious....it is hard to describe. I just wake up and think oh dear another day to get through rather than oh dear what a wonderful life I have and how I will look forward to it!
I am self-employed and love what I do. I am on Prozac 20mg. and Trazadone. I do not feel depressed at all. Maybe it's irritablility? What can I do?

you are holding on to negative emotions, you need to learn to release them.

I've been diagnosed with social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and major depression by psychiatrists. I have taken probably up to 6 different anti-depressants, right now being on Zoloft. I also have seen therapists for most of the past 8 years. I go in and out of depression (wanting to die) and feelings of peacefulness and serenity. I know the culture in US is "think positive and good things will come" but the US hasn't experienced yet the destruction of it's civilization like France! And that being said, it's normal to get down, irritable, anxious because our society is very sick and doesn't honor those emotions as much as it does happiness and optimism. That being said, maybe you're like a lot of Americans who think they should be all stoked about life when the country is so freaking individualized that it makes it hard to have a solid relationship or sit with someone for more than a half an hour. That'd makes me irritated and pissed off too! Maybe it's partly society, and partly what's going on with you...that's what I do to help temper myself from thinking that it's just me.

It sounds as if the medication you are taking is having side effects. Ask your doctor to either lower the dose or maybe get you off the trazadone. Also if you are not depressed why are you on anti depressants? Maybe you just have a chemical imbalance.

Try going to the beach, shopping, lunching with your friends, go to church, join a social group, anything that is opposite to the pills that you are taking. You will feel the difference
