It might be due to my new glasses...

A very common problem.
This has been asked about more than 1,500 times so far...

It's basically stress and fatigue related. If your glasses are more than a couple of weeks old, and you feel you haven't settled to them, that's due for a double check. (Simply that they've been made correctly and are fitting correctly, initially)

Sometimes the tic is an indicator of marginally low potasssium levels. Fresh tomato juice, or bananas, are good sources to replenish potassium.

That is called a tic. Sometimes this comes on from stress. If you have new glasses then it is probably causing some stress since you are getting used to the new RX of the glasses.

I had this a month ago,eyelid kept twitching on and off,very annoying,I think I was tired and perhaps a bit stressed,have early nights and do some exercise,try to relax and hopefully it will stop. mine has.

it may, but it goes away on its own. i had a tic like that for two weeks one time. i thought i was gonna go insane!
