What can I use to remove paint from bathroom tile?

I just bought a house. The previous owners painted the bathrooms, but didn't cover the tile where it meets the wall.

Get a solvent called OOPS! . It will remove dried latex paint from almost anything. You can buy it in the paint section of ant hardware store. Only use it with white rags. It can leave streaks with colored rags.

Buy a container of Goof Off from any hardware store, it works wonders on everything!
