Hey, your God is Omnipotent, Omniscient and Benevolent. He doesn't need to go through life cycle to know how we suffer. Remember how he did create Adam and Eve.

Adam was originally given power and dominion over all the earth and he let that go to satan. There is not a bible verse to support every action of God. (I am not a fundamentalist, I am a Catholic).
Pregnancy is an honor and a blessing for every woman, even though it can be difficult at times. But I'm sure Mary was quite in awe of being granted this honor.
Imagine carrying God in the flesh in your womb for nine months! Being truly the mother of God was an honor, not a burden.
And as for Jesus, He was fully a mortal man so He chose to experience humanity from conception until death.
