NaNa...I know you've been praying, and probably some heart felt prayers as well. But have you thought that perhaps God is leading you elsewhere? Your question didn't say much about what you were looking for, how old you are, and such, so my advice can only be limited.
But see...the reason I wrote this, is when I first read this, I wondered...is a "job" what God has in mind for you? Maybe He is wanting you to lean even closer, and when this is all over with, not only will you not have lost your relationship, but will find it has grown so much stronger. Perhaps there is a part of you that has wanted to strike out on your own, be your own boss, perhaps you're a writer, or an artist... I don't know...but perhaps the answer He has for you, is just this...the benefits you seek might come elsewhere.
But I want to join you in prayer...to let you know someone else out there is praying with you. Asking the Creator of the Heavens and Earth to show you the way He wants you to move on, to let your heart feel His closeness, so comforting it pushes out the anxiety and fear of the unknown. Most of all, I ask Him to bring you the peace you will need to make it through this chapter He has written for you.

He could have something else in store or you. I remember when my family was going through a very tough time and I prayed for a job to help out. At that time we needed health insurance and money for every other thing. I applied everywhere and still never got a job. Instead He gave my dad one and it came with health insurance! You may not be in the same situation I was in but, maybe He wants you somewhere else right now. I don't know the best thing to do is let God handle it and when an opportunity arises pray about it then take it, or decline. Just keep in mind that He did hear your prayers and He would never forsake you.
I hope I helped or at least gave you some encouragement. God Bless You and have a Merry Christmas!

Bob isn't perfect yet Bob's answer is completely per the present wondering in quantum mechanics that the mere remark adjustments the top results of particular experiments. between the most important problems with files is that the enormous majority of those who use them do not have a clue about files. you say "we" have performed statistical sorting out. in case you've been in touch as your use of the time period "we" shows the position are your consequences? because you haven't written your consequences interior the way a statistician might want to i'm suggesting you're utilising the time period "we" to point individuals of the human race of that you're also a member, or possibly you're utilising "we" to point you're making a large difference between those who believe in a prayer answering God and those who do not and also you're which includes your self interior the latter team. both way, you're making mere assertions which aren't any more supported by genuine files. Your so-stated as try is resembling a documentary I once stated the position countless non secular human beings were praying for particular terminally sick human beings. This became a television stunt that had no clinical value i'm afraid. For an try to be scientifically valid you would possibly want to be in a position to administration all of your variables and this became no longer some thing like a managed ecosystem.

Yes, you are missing something; you don't "get God to answer your prayers", He answers what He chooses.
Do you live by Biblical principals, follow what you should daily, don't just ask for things in prayers but actually have a relationship with God?
Don't you think He knows you need a job. But are you looking and listening to what He is saying? Are you stepping out and doing what you should to look for a job (newspapers, career center, etc.)? You cannot just ask and then sit back and wait you know, you have to do your part and see if that is where He wants you.

Hi NaNa,
I understand your frustration. I think all of us have been there, done that. In our human state it is hard to understand or accept that God is in control, and that He IS listening to us even if we do not see an immediate answer to our prayers. When you pray, tell God that you accept whatever He has in the future for you, and if He does not have a job in the near future for you, then tell Him that you will accept that too. You will be surprised as to what happens, when we just accept what God is doing and don't try to fight it. There is a woman that I know that tried to have kids for 10 years. She never concieved. One day while praying she told God that she accepted that she was never going to have children and she was ok with that. Well, the very next year she got pregnant and the year after that , she was pregnant with twins!
I will pray for you, NaNa, and God bless!

Read Job.
The Bible says that whatever we ask in Faith, He is faithful to give. But our hearts are deceiving and we do not know what is good for our lives. God does though, and like any Father, there are times to grant a request and times to withhold, or deliver something else.
Faith means trusting in the unseen. It means giving your future to the care of God.
You need to stop trying to "convince" God of anything. Keep praying. Not for for a job but, instead, pray that HIS WILL would be revealed to you. Then listen, read His word, and have faith.
He will answer. He always does.
He speaks through His Word, His People, and through signs. So keep your eyes open and watch for the answer. Remember that we follow God, not the other way around. God doesn't do what you tell Him to. But He does love you and want the best for you.
And my experience, is that He will Deliver!

In responce to Our Prayers, the Lord uses HIS POWER to Penetrate Closed minds and Hard hearts. In that way He brings people to Salvation and Transforms unrighteous Lives.
We want our petitions fulfilled, so it important to Understand God's Conditions for answered Prayer.
Besides Having a relationship with Him (John 3:3) and Confessing ALL Known Sin, We must have Faith that His Word is True and Promises Reliable. His Promises are based on His Perfect character, You can be certain He will do All things He Says. Otherwise, He would NOT be GOD. He says to "ASK" and you shall Receive......Believe, and You will Receive!".

I will pray you get a good job, the one He wants you to have. Since I don't know what is going on.... I believe if you are doing what you can, such as applying, and so forth, then He will move on your behalf. Sometimes it just takes some time. Have faith. He created all and owns all, and He has the perfect job for you.

God hears your pray... he really does and he is faithful
You have to understand that just like when a seed is planted it takes time to sprout. Once it does it grows roots and eventually the plant bursts through the ground. While we can not see what is happening before we actually see the live plant.. unseen things are happening. If we force the plant to come up before its roots are established it will wither and die.
Be patent... and do not be too anxious. Phil 4:4-7

Have faith. That's the key. Instead of begging and pleading, say God, thank you for that job I'm about to receive. Also, think him for all the good in your life. Maybe even go a night or two without asking for something and praying for someone else. Keep the faith!
