All around. My belief is that the mind of God is the sum total of all that is. This includes you - so if there's something you want 'fixed' about this world, do what you can to fix it yourself, or to support those who do!

He is in my heart, and He is also in Heaven, and He is also everywhere around me, and others that do or don't believe in Him. He patiently waits for those that don't believe in Him to accept Him and His Son, Jesus Christ.
He shows me His Glory each morning with the sunrise, in the Spring when He puts new life into every creature, in the Summer when he sends a cool breeze on a hot day, in the Winter when the first snow falls, in the Fall when He changes the leaves to wonderous color.
God is everywhere, but not in everyone, as He should be.

I believe that there are many Deities. While I believe they do have some (kind of) existence outside of self, I recon the simplest explanation of where they "reside" is in a (collective) Jungian Archetype.

He also knows everything as well. 'Nothing in the whole of creation' is hidden from God's sight.
