I haven't had any zits in 2 years, I've been using regular body soap, now I'm under a tremendous amount of stress and holy cow... my face is so broke out! I have zits and blackheads all over my face, mostly on my forehead! Can anyone help? Please be serious. Thank you.

If you got some pretty bad problems with your skin, then I would suggest using Proactiv. It works on any skin types. I got it last Sunday and I better tell you, it works really well and it's fast! Just a tip for you, don't use scrubs such as St. Ives or any other scrubs that contain beads or whatever, because they spread a lot bacteria around your face, causing your face to probably start breaking out even more. (At least that's what my dermatologist told me. He also told me to tell anyone I know who is using face wash scrubs. Haha) Hey, even if you do get Proactiv, you can try it for 2 months and if it doesn't work, you can get a refund on the price you payed for it, but trust me on this. I had pretty mild acne. It's not bad but I get stuff on my forehead because my face gets a bit oily, but I haven't seen a problem since I used Proactiv.

First, never use body soap! It's awful for your face! It has no nutrients in it, and dries it out!

I use a lot of different face washes!

I have a facial scrub that I use two times a week (just to get rid of dead skin cells)! I use St.Ives Apricot Scrub *Gentle Kind!

And I use Clean and Clear blackhead remover face wash every day (you don't have to have black heads)!

If you want to get rid of your zits, try one of Clean and Clear's package programs! They have really powerful zit removing stuff! : )

I use Clearasil Vanishing Acne Treatment cream on small breakouts (They also have it in tinted)!

P.S Make sure after all the washing and zit-removing, you get a good moisturizer that doesn't hurt your skin to keep it healthy and hydrated!

well, this won't help much, because my next door neighbour has a chain of skin products called "skin matters" I recently got a lemongrass facewash which I wash my face with every night and morning and it works a treat!
if you're American that will not help you sorry, I live in England.
but...and i'm serious, wash your face just with cold water, put a tiny blob of toothpaste on every spot, and leave it over night (don't rub it in) then in the morning wash with cold water and they will be nearly gone!!
use natural style face washes: Which hazel is very good
good luck.
and remember your beautiful anyway, so don't worry about spots, it may seem as if you're the only person, when actually, it's just in the mind, everyone seems to think they are the only ones with spots, when everyone has them, they may look worse to you, but in fact nobody notices.
this is a fact: I use to cleanse with clearasil cleansing wipes every day and they did nothing, I then found out from my next door neighbours at one of her introducing her products at the local hall, was that cleansing wipes with alcohol strip your face of oils, meaning that it will need to put oil back in to replace, therefore giving spots!
oh and drink a whole lot of water
:)

You can try to mix water and a crushed Aspirin! Aspirin contains Salicylic Acid which is also found in many acne washes/treatments!

I stick with Noxzema - gentle, non-drying. My skin is on the dry side, though. If you have a lot of breakouts, you may need to consult a dermatologist.

Any face wash is good as long as it's formulated for your skin type. Make sure you cleanse your face twice daily and always use sunscreen. 2D
