This is driving me crazy. I had a huge crush on her in high school. But every so often, basically out of NOWHERE, I have dreams about her! Dreams about us hanging out, or kissing or just trash talking each other (in a fun and flirty way) like we used to do in high school.
I don't get it!!!
Why after 10 years am I still having random dreams about wanting to be with her? I have a beautiful girlfriend and I basically want for nothing! She gives me everything I need.

That's somewhat normal. We all have dreams of past things that at one time meant a lot to us at that time. Our brain tries to tie up loose ends that we leave untied. It's like the boogie man that gives you night mare, may only be from a bully that you kept avoiding in grade school. The sub-conscience tries to keep the conscience on a level and sane Keel by sorting out and evaluating thing that bothered you at times. If by chance you happen to see these persons again and visit with them and go away satisfied with a new knowledge of them, the dreams will in all probably go away.Mystery by the sub-science satisfied. Even the boogie man will be gone.

You said it yourself you basically want nothing-- you found your ideal girl something perhaps you didn't expect and all this has triggered pleasant memories you had a long time back because you are feeling the same thing- you have found happiness in your present girl. It just triggered a memory you loved.

i still have dreams of a teacher from high school, same kind of dreams too, pretty normal and it brings back good feelings and memories. Stick with your girlfriend though, up to you if you tell her or not.

NO. i've got been out merely approximately 30 years. I neglected it for possibly the 1st 5 years. on the grounds that then i've got found out that top college sucked for merely approximately definitely everyone. an excellent form of the "cool human beings" have amounted to no longer something, and an excellent form of the geeks have equipped chuffed lives for themselves.

Your just thinking back to innocence times it sounds like you have a lot of responsibility and even though your happy in your relationship now your just reminiscing about way back when it sounds perfectly normal nothing I think to get to worked up about
