I'm talking good service, not too expensive and where they don't charge you for being a foreigner. I'm in Dusit so if it's close thats good as well.

Nataree is the only soapy massage I have been to. It was pretty good. They ladies there are good looking and young to very young. Rates between 2000 THB to 2500 THB depending on the lady and no farang extra charge. It's on Ratchadapisek Road near the Huay Khwang MRTA subway station, about a 5 minute walk.
Here's a list of places for all types of massage with comments and some with rates and websites. I think Emmanuelle offers soapy massage and maybe Caesars Entertainment which are all around the same Huay Khwang subway station.

Mona Lisa used to have a good soapy.
Just don't have the taxi drop you off, the driver most likely will follow you inside and take commission, even if he got nothing to do with the choice, therefore your price for the soapy will go up.
ML is located next to the Siam hotel on New Petchburi road. Tell the cab to go to the hotel, then walk over.
