We won't be. Read the Bible, study out "the day of the Lord", and you will find that the Bible says nothing about us being taken out before the tribulation, and much to support the idea of us living through almost the entire tribulation before being raptured.
And for all those who say that a loving God wouldn't let us suffer.....what on earth do you think happened to the early Christians who got eaten by lions, dipped in tar and used as torches, and cut into pieces?? God let them suffer - God even let Jesus Himself suffer! Why are we any different? What about all the modern-day martyrs across the globe who are suffering and dying for their faith? Don't fool yourselves - God sometimes allows His children to suffer for His sake. We are not more worthy than any other Christians who ever lived. That argument holds absolutely no water. I think the only reason we believe that is because we are cowards, afraid of actual suffering and pain. We need to pull our heads out of the sand and realize that this idea is wrong.

I used to lean pre trib because of not only what it says in 1 Thessalonians 4 but also Revelation 3:10-- but then the "wrath" of God some say could mean just hell, not the wrath He is to pour out on the earth at that time, however because of the order of things, and it stated in Revelation 3:10 to the saved, whom he will save from His wrath-- I truly believed this stated we will be taken before then-- ALSO when you look in the past at whom God would save before he sent His wrath ( Noah, and Lot) He did not take them to Heaven, but he did tell them what to do so they would be spared.
So then many post trib believers believe we too will be spared during this time, but not "taken" up yet. Whatever the case may be, I pray the Lord will keep me STRONG and faithful and that I continue to lean on Him and understand His word.
I am not pre trib, post trib or mid trib anymore really....( ok defianately NOT mid trib, I see no biblical evidence for that)
But I do understand why post tribbers believe post and why pre tribbers believe trib. It is all in God's hands PRAISE HIM!

some do have self assurance in Pre Trib Rapture... end of the Church Age will see untold suffering for a lot of saints , earth quakes and calamities, yet they're merely the "initiating of sorrows" --Matt 24:8 ......then the Rapture , the desire of the saints is via God's promise eg; in Rom 5:9 .....then the 7 3 hundred and sixty 5 days era = 31/2 years of tribulation for all people who've been left in the back of and for all people who won't settle for the mark of the beast + 31/2 years of the "wrath of God" the extra advantageous tribulation follows

"And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie" 2 Thessalonians 2:11
It is really something when ever I see a question like this asked people give 1 Thessalonians 4 and never can explain how they feel this will happen before the tribulation.
Those of us who believe in the post-trib believe in 1 Thessalonians 4 also. It will happen after the tribulation.
If these people would read the whole Bible instead of what only the few scriptures their preacher gives them. They could see things they have been told that does not add up at all.
I don't really understand why they are on here trying to instruct others and they don't know the scripture for themselves.
They need to read 2 Thessalonians. We know the man of sin will be here during the tribulation. That day will not come until first the man of sin appears.
2 Thessalonians 2
1Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
3Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
5Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
They also need to read Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 17, Matthew 13:24-30 and 13:37-43, Revelation 7:3
GREAT EXAMPLES
Jeremiah 6 esp. verse 14
Joel 1:15
John 15:20&21
John 16:2-4
John 16:33
Acts 14:22
Warning from God to his people.
Deuteronomy 29 pay close attention to verses 24-29
These few verses should get a believer off to a good start.
.................................................... .................................................
I have seen where some give Revelation 3:10 some how saying it explains there is a rapture. IT DOES NOT MEAN A RAPTURE AT ALL. It means God will keep his people.
Mark 12:24
And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God?
Revelation 7:3
Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
Revelation 12:11
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Exodus 12:13
And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.
Have they not read where God had kept his people in the Book of Exodus. No harm came upon them that were obedient. He kept them from the hour of temptation. He fed them for 40 years. They should read the books of Moses (Exodus,Leviticus,Numbers Deuteronomy) and behold his mighty hand and take the limits off what God can do for his people.
Exodus 8:22
And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I am the LORD in the midst of the earth.
Exodus 9:26
Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail.
.................................................. .................................................
2 Peter 3:10
But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
THE ELEMENTS WILL MELT. It will be over for everyone not just the saints of God.
.................................................. .................................................
2 Thessalonians 2:7 KJV
7For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
2 Thessalonians 2:7 NASB
For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains will do so until he is taken out of the way.
2 Thessalonians 2:7 NIV
For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way.
The "HE" here is the Holy Ghost NOT the saints of God.
As long as the saints are walking in the power of the Holy Ghost the man of sin is held back. THERE IS A FALLING AWAY OF THE SPIRIT RIGHT NOW IN THE WORLD. People are turning there backs on God. Religion has taken over and pushed the spirit of God aside.

You will find that quite the opposite is proven in scriptures. Look at the first to be taken up in the parable of the tares and the wheat, Matthew 13:24-30,36-43.

When the rapture happens, Jesus comes only in the air, not to earth. The rapture is not known as the Second Coming. The Second Coming Jesus comes to the earth.
I cannot think of the scripture, but it says the dead in Christ shall rise and we which remain shall be called up to meet Him in the air. So the church is called away to meet Jesus in the air.

According to the Evangelical Dictionary of Theology, the term “rapture” refers to “the church being united with Christ at his second coming-- There are MANY diverse beliefs about the rapture and pre rapture even. God’s inspired Word, the Bible, is the standard by which we need to measure the truthfulness of all beliefs. (2 Timothy 1:13; 3:16, 17) Therefore, what does it say about the rapture?
The word “rapture” does not appear in the Bible. But those who believe in it cite the apostle Paul’s words at 1 Thessalonians 4:17 as the basis for their belief.
In writing to Christians in Corinth, Paul stated: “This I say, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit God’s kingdom, neither does corruption inherit incorruption. Look! I tell you a sacred secret: We shall not all fall asleep in death, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, during the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised up incorruptible, and we shall be changed.” (1 Corinthians 15:50-52) Upon dying in faithfulness during Christ’s presence, each one of the remnant of spiritual Israel instantaneously receives his heavenly reward. “In the twinkling of an eye,” he is resurrected as a spirit creature and “caught away” to meet Jesus and to serve as a coruler in the Kingdom of the heavens. BUT -- what about all others worshiping GOD? As the end of this wicked system approaches, will they also be caught away to heaven?
The cry “Peace and security!” is a precursor of the period Jesus called the “great tribulation.” Describing “a great crowd” of faithful ones who have the hope of living eternally in an earthly paradise, the book of Revelation says: “These are the ones that come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.” (Revelation 7:9, 14; Luke 23:43) No, theirs is not the prospect of a rapture. Rather, they have the hope of survival right here on the earth. To prepare for it, they must remain spiritually awake.

It is thoughout the NT.
And why would God let his children suffer the pain and attacks that will take place.
Events will happen that this world have never seen before. Churches have gone soft on teaching the word. Seven years of nothing but sin, hate and madness all run by Satan through the anti-christ. You all better wake up and stop thinking it all about filling good.

Here are some links that will suggest there will be a pre-trib rapture, however I ask you use discernment and just have faith that this will happen. It is more about faith than proof.
