Why can't girls get the hint either? What kind of question is that? It goes both ways. I broke up with a gf once and she stalked me for a year. I had to get a restraining order so I could move on with my life.

Because if I have to guess one way or the other and my choices are: A) She wants to break up with me or B) She's just confused, then I'm going with B because I will feel better about myself, I get to stay with you, and if you really wanted to break up then you would just come out and say it. Choice B has all the upside and Choice A doesn't have any.

Men generally don't take hints at all. I don't know why women don't understand this. Be clear, say what you mean and mean what you say. Then they will definitely understand.
