What I would do is go ahead and assemble it. Then freeze it. The day that you want to make it, take it out of the freezer and place in the refrigerator to thaw. Then go to the oven. it should be fine.

Yes. Just make sure your meatsauce is cold before you layer the pasta, cheese, and meatsauce all together. You will want to make that and chill it first, then assemble a few hours later.

Depends on whether or not you are putting any type of meat in it. With meat, I say no. Without--maybe. But you are still letting the sauce sit for three days---I am going for NO. Botchulism would suck.

I don't think that botulism would be a concern its only three days.

I would cook it first and then reheat when you are ready to eat it.
