In order to trace a bloodline, you would have to have better evidence that Jesus existed and some DNA sample from him or a close relative.
The records and burial grounds of that era either never existed or have been lost to history. We have traced Ghengis Khan's genetic trail, but he seems to have bedded more women (and fathered more kids) than Wilt Chamberlain.

Christianity is a FABLE that Jesus, the man/prophet, warned us about. To be able to have Abrahams/David's bloodline Jesus had to have been begotten by Joseph and Mary having relations. Regardless, if Jesus had children or not the bloodline of Abraham which was in Joseph would continue so James (half brother or brother whatever you want to believe) would be either the first born son to Joseph (ruining the 'Jesus being the 1st born) or 2nd born because jesus was born through Joseph's seed that is the basis to the whole story the seed conquering in the first born. …

The New testament tells us who begat who prior to Jesus not after him. Jesus also would have only had the blood of his mother so he would be different than his brothers and sisters. The other problem would be getting the DNA samples to prove it. Really this question has no basis in reality.

They're out there. Truth is, it's probably all of us. I was able to trace ONE branch of my family tree back and I got to Joseph of Arimathea. If you could trace it, you'd be able to eventually say "see the begats" at the end, too. Hell... Vlad "the Impaler" Tepes (the guy Dracula was based on) is related to Jesus. We pretty much all are cousins.
antiliberal, you moron, the sibling thing didn't come from the daVinci code: it comes from the BIBLE!
ditdit may be referring to Bloodline of the Holy Grail. The author, Sir Lawrence Gardiner, got his knighthood for his research into royal geneology. My connection came through France... but remember that all of the royal families of Europe intermarried and they kept pretty obsessive records, so once you find one titled person, you can pretty easily trace the rest back. probably not to Jesus himself - there are no real records to support the idea that he had children - but to his siblings, sure.
Actually, though, in a patrilinear society, it's harder than this. I traced myself through English royalty (I'm a peopn, but way back there, some relatives weren't) and then to France, but to get there, I had to go through Edward III (the gay son of "Longshanks" in Braveheart), so it all may be bunk because I don't know that he really fathered my ancestor. There is NO evidence, though, that William Wallce did, so I might just be a peopn all the way back... :-)

Jesus’ brothers are mentioned in several Bible verses. Matthew 12:46, Luke 8:19, and Mark 3:31 say that Jesus’ mother and brothers came to see Him. The Bible tells us that Jesus had four brothers: James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas (Matthew 13:55). The Bible also tells us that Jesus had sisters, but they are not named or numbered (Matthew 13:56). In John 7:1-10, His brothers go on to the festival while Jesus stays behind. In Acts 1:14, His brothers and mother are described as praying with the disciples. Later, in Galatians 1:19, it mentions that James was Jesus’ brother. The most natural conclusion of these passages is to interpret that Jesus had actual blood siblings.
There is no Biblical reason to believe that these siblings are anything other than the actual children of Joseph and Mary. Those who oppose the idea that Jesus had half-brothers and half-sisters do so, not from a reading of Scripture, but from a preconceived concept of the perpetual virginity of Mary, which is itself clearly unbiblical: "But he (Joseph) had no union with her (Mary) UNTIL she gave birth to a son. And he gave Him the name Jesus" (Matthew 1:25). Jesus had half-siblings, half-brothers and half-sisters, who were the children of Joseph and Mary. That is the clear and unambiguous teaching of God’s Word.
The Jesus bloodline is the modern theory that Jesus Christ had a natural child with Mary Magdalene which was then taken to Egypt and then to France, either during Magdalene's pregnancy or as a young child, and whose blood descendants in later centuries founded the Merovingian dynasty of the early kings of France.

Thank you for trying to help me, but I don't believe that you can find anyone with a bloodline from Jesus. When someone finds definitive proof, then maybe the world will stop warring because there will be proof of who/what is the divine being.
Until then, all of you have the right to believe in whatever and whoever you want, so long as you don't cram it down my throat.

The Family of Jesus.
An Honorable Family
The family of Jesus is the Family of 'Imran. It was a family chosen by Allah:
"Allah chose Adam, Noah, the family of Abraham, and the family of 'Imran, above the 'Alameen (mankind and jinns of their times). Offspring, one from the other, and Allah is the All-Hearer, All-Knower." (Qur'an2 3: 33-34)
An Honorable Mother under the Care of Allah
When Mary's mother, the wife of 'Imran, was pregnant, she made a vow: "(Remember) when the wife of 'Imran said: 'O My Rabb (Allah)! I have vowed to You what is in my womb to be dedicated for Your services (free from all worldly work; to serve Your Place of Worship), so accept (this), from me. Verily, You are the All-Hearer, the All-Knowing". (Qur'an 3: 35-36)

I noticed no one has given a clean simple answer. The fact is that they are here on earth some place. I dont buy into the idea that they are the royal families...thats bull created by royalty to legitimise their power.
We dont know where, who are his descendants and that is probably a good thing.

well... with no blood from Jesus... how would we even now? It's something that you just have to wait and ask the Lord yourself... and its been almost 2000 years... chances are slim to none trying to go back that far... and the Sion thing does not exist... they just think they do... and Jesus did so have brothers... read the nonfiction Bible and you'll easily and explicitedly be told that...
