as u know that new year is about to come .seizing this opportunity i want to wish all my managers (they are more than 10)so plz write some good words (sentences) that suits for them .. actually in return i want to gain their hapiness and durability of my job. plz write for me in a good gramatical english so i can imprss them also.

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking...
Flatter them, I guess, throwing in a little of what you know about their personal lives (like wishing them luck with the new baby, or just their family in general). Tell them what they want to hear, but don't downright lie or suck up, either.
