It can be one of two ways...
It could be pronounced as Share-ease or Chair-ease. I'd suspect probably the first is more to being correct.
I knew a girl once that had the name Cherie. She pronounced it Chair-ee. Another girl with the same name called it Share-ee. Yet another pronounced it Shir-ee.
