I have naturally curly hair.I wear a headband during my sleep to keep my hair straight because i don't want to hot iron it. Does wearing a headband damage my hair? Are there any side effects to me wearing a headband??

my hair is natural straight!:]
anyway i ALWAYS wear a headband when i sleep.
i really don't know if there are and medical side-affects, probably not, if it helps your hair stay straight, then keep doing it, its much better then using a damaging hot iron.
plus headbands are sorta comfy!!?? ah ah good luck :) :)

if you want it straight without flat ironing it,
then get a hair dryer, and a big thick brush both from conair,
and then straighten your hair like they do at the salons.
its actually healthier for your hair if you do it that way.
because flat ironing takes away all the moisture in your hair, although it looks fabulous. :]
