if a sinner captures it, prays and "blesses" it, sends it to the Vatican to blessed by pious sinners, how is it really "holey"?

God blesses it through the "pious sinners," therefore it is holy.

How thankful you must be that there are no sinners in your denomination!

Do you accept a baptism performed by a sinner? A sermon given by a sinner? A wedding performed by a sinner? Personal counseling provided by a sinner? If you don't accept graces given by God through sinners, you reject an awful lot of grace, because God's Church is made up of sinners. As for holy water, the sinner who "blesses" it is not the source of the blessing. He is only the instrument through whom God's blessing is invoked.

It is God who gives 'blessing', NOT the person(s) asking.
Now about 'holey', I don't know. I've never seen (liquid) water with holes in it.

all water is a gift from God I do not believe water blessed by the pope or priests is any more holy than any other its all from God after all.
