5:3 O those of you who believe! Do not desecrate the symbols of Allah, nor defile the months of reverence, nor the offerings, nor the collars of identity, nor those who are proceeding to the Sacred House to attain Grace from their Lord and earn His accord! But when you have emerged from the sacrosanct region, you may go hunting. And let not the grudge you bore against a community who once obstructed you from performing pilgrimage provoke you into reprisals but encourage one another in performing righteous deeds rather than sinfulness and persecution. Render your duty to Allah, for Allah's retribution is severe.
(This verse enumerates a series of things we should do or refrain from doing:
The symbols of Allah refers to all those things Allah has made lawful or unlawful to us through these revelations and makes it incumbent upon us that we should abide by both with equal commitment.

5:90 O those of you who believe! Intoxication, games of chance, sculpturing of idols and prognostication are all unwholesome pastimes and an entrapment of the devil. So, keep away from them in the hope that you may attain redemption

6:125 Those whom it is Allah's will to guide, He makes their bosoms wide enough to contain Islam, and those whom it is Allah's will to send adrift, He straitens their bosoms and strains them as if they were engaged in an arduous ascent! Thus does Allah encumber those who refuse to believe.

Allah SWT says never cast magic arrows for they will surely fall into the evil of all you choose as luck.
There is no such thing as luck... so who ever put lucky arrow, go back and read about gravity. What goes up must come down and no arrow ever flies straight.

Strange, neither throwing or casting an arrow is an effective way to use it. This maybe a reason why the Israelites were conquered so often.

There's obviously going to always be gravitational pull downwards on the arrow. So it's always going to be travelling in a bending motion downwards, which is why when firing you take into account that depending on how far away the target is, kind of the same with firing a gun aswell I think.

That in the age of guns and explosives, throwing or casting arrows is kinda pointless

all arrows will fly straight through space....jus not on earth because of the strong gravitational pull, and wind resistance getting in the way...

If you are without sin let him cast the first stone.

I'm not sure what it says about arrows, but if you're talking about rocks, then you are supposed to use them to stone disobedient children. That's right, god commands murder of innocent children in the bible. "Oh, but it's not relevant today." Maybe, maybe not. The fact still remains that god commanded murder in the bible!
