Is Pro-spec a good brand of lens?

I am looking to bid on a lens on ebay but I know that the lens is critical to how good your picture is. Is pro-spec a good brand? if its not I will forget about it. Thanks.

It's certainly not a name brand. I never heard of it.

IMO you should pass on this lens.

Whenever possible, stay with lenses manufactured by the company that made your camera.

If money is an issue, Sigma, Tokina and Tamron usually get good reviews.
