Medical professionals: Whats the fastest heart rate you have ever heard of?

My heart rate at one point was going 260, and was wondering how common that was.

I personally have seen tachycardia as high as 300, but the patient didn't live long.

well i personially have a high pulse usually. it runs at 110.
so if im normal at that i cdould only imagine how high others can go???
